Four things every rental involves.

Deposit

A security deposit may apply, scaled to rental duration and profile. Confirmed in the quote, returned on clean handback.

Insurance

Insurance may be required depending on rental profile, site risk, and duration. Reviewed per rental.

Agreement

A rental agreement covering dates, responsibilities, and use is signed before handover.

Identity & project details

Valid contact, company or project context, and intended use are part of every approval.

Handover & return

The checklist, both directions.

Scanner, batteries, charger, mount, storage, and case verified working and documented.

Pickup or delivery in Singapore, arranged per rental. Kit list signed by both sides.

Equipment stays in your care — original condition expected, storage and transport in the case provided.

Same checklist in reverse. Accessories counted, condition verified, deposit settled.
Responsibility

Damage, loss, and the honest version.

Renters are responsible for the equipment from handover to return. Damage and loss are handled per the rental agreement — deposit first, insurance where applicable. Report incidents immediately; surprises at return are the only unforgivable kind.

How much is the deposit?
Deposit amounts are confirmed in the quote and scale with rental duration and profile. They are returned promptly after a clean return check.
Is insurance always required?
Not always — it depends on the rental profile, duration, and site risk. Requirements are stated clearly in the quote before you commit.
What happens if I damage the scanner?
Report it immediately. Damage is handled per the rental agreement — deposit first, insurance where applicable. Early reporting almost always makes things easier.
Can I take the equipment outside Singapore?
Only by prior agreement. Cross-border rentals are reviewed case by case with adjusted deposit, insurance, and logistics terms.
What is in the rental kit?
Typically the scanner, batteries, charger, phone mount, storage, carry case, and capture/return checklists — confirmed item by item at handover.
