We scope what we can actually deliver and say plainly where the line is. Cadastral survey belongs to a Registered Surveyor, structural sign-off to a PE, and statutory submission to your QP. We refer those rather than overclaiming them.
Everything captured on your project is handed over in open formats and belongs to you. No claim on your point clouds, models or scenes, and no hosting you cannot walk away from.

Every project is scoped before it is quoted: the site, the access constraints, the deliverable, and the tolerance it has to hold. Volumet operates out of an industrial estate unit in Ubi: five minutes from Ubi MRT and inside the ring where most of our rentals get collected. Equipment handover, onboarding sessions, and pickup all happen here.
