Scan your home with an iPhone. Get every piece of furniture back, measured.
Walk each room with an iPhone Pro. Volumet sends back a 3D model with every piece of furniture separated and measured, an inventory you can download, and a rough plan.
Coming to TestFlight · not on the App Store yetYour actual home, your actual furniture.
Most scanning apps return one solid mesh. This one returns the room and, separately, each thing in it.
Sofa, bed, tables, storage: each one a separate object you can lift out, hide or move, inside the shell of the room.
Every object named, with width, depth and height. Download it as a CSV for movers, an ID firm or an insurer.
Walls, doors and windows from Apple RoomPlan. Good for a first layout. Not a measured drawing.
Scan, upload, get a link.
With your email. Create a home and name the rooms as you go.
Walk the room. The mesh turns from red to green as the app takes the photos it needs.
Check the plan on the phone. Faces are blurred on the device, then you confirm the upload.
We process the scan and send a link to your model, inventory and plan.
Step-by-step scanning tips and fixes for common problems are on the support page.
A phone gets within 5 to 10 cm. A laser gets within millimetres.
Phone LiDAR is right for planning furniture, comparing renovation quotes and listing what is in a room. Small items and thin legs can be lost, so objects come back right in size and position, not in close-up detail. When the numbers go into a drawing, carpentry or a contract, book a laser survey.
Your home stays yours.
- Faces are blurred on the phone, before anything is uploaded.
- Your result is a private link. It is not listed or shared.
- Scans are deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you delete them in the app.
- No third-party AI sees your photos unless you switch it on separately.
- We never use your home in marketing or AI training without your separate written consent.

Common questions.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone and iPad models with a LiDAR sensor, running iOS 17 or later: the iPhone 12 Pro and later Pro models, and iPad Pro from 2020. There is no Android version; Android users can open the results in a browser.
How accurate is a phone scan?
About 5 to 10 cm. That is enough to plan furniture, compare renovation quotes and list what is in a room. It is not enough for as-built drawings, carpentry or BIM, which need a laser survey.
Who sees my scan?
Volumet and you. Faces are blurred on the phone before upload, the result page is private, and we never use your home in marketing or AI training without separate written consent.
When can I get it?
It is coming to TestFlight, Apple's beta programme, first. Ask on WhatsApp for an invite. It is not on the App Store yet.
