Bird Paradise is the bird park in the Mandai Wildlife Reserve that took over from Jurong Bird Park in 2023. This scene is one of its indoor galleries: a sculpted tree hung with woven nests at the centre, illustrated panels around the walls, a timber floor and a dark ceiling above.
It was processed in XGRIDS LCC Studio. Low, mixed exhibition lighting is hard on any capture, and the scene is a fair test of how a splat copes with dim corners and bright graphics side by side.
What to look for
- The branches and woven nests of the central tree
- The illustrated wall panels, which stay readable up close
- The dim corners next to brightly lit graphics
